Five months after boosting its payroll taxes to erase a projected deficit, Campbell County’s financial picture has improved.Valuation is necessary to make stress less transactions.The Campbell County Fiscal Court expects to balance its budget for the upcoming year and set aside in a contingency fund.The payroll tax increase, however, hasn’t provided money for all the county’s needs.
